Canada’s Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allow participating provinces and territories to nominate individuals who have the skills, education, work experience, or other qualifications needed to contribute to their local economies.

Each province and territory has its own immigration streams and eligibility requirements. Depending on your circumstances, a provincial nomination may provide a pathway to Canadian Permanent Residence (PR) and, in some cases, can significantly improve your chances of receiving an invitation through Express Entry.

The process can vary depending on the province and immigration stream, but generally involves:

• Eligibility Assessment - We review your education, work experience, language proficiency, job offer, immigration history, and other relevant factors.
• Identifying the Right Province and Stream - We help determine which provincial program or stream may be appropriate based on your profile.
• Provincial Nomination Application - Where applicable, we assist with preparing and submitting your application to the relevant provincial immigration authority.
• Express Entry Connection - Certain PNP streams are aligned with Express Entry and may provide an additional pathway toward permanent residence.
• PR Application - After receiving a nomination and meeting the applicable federal requirements, we assist with preparing and submitting your permanent residence application to IRCC.
• Application Follow-Up - We provide ongoing guidance throughout the process and assist with responding to requests or correspondence from the province or IRCC.

PNP options may be available to individuals such as:

• Other applicants who meet the requirements of a specific provincial or territorial program

PNP opportunities are available through participating provinces and territories, including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and others.

Because programs, eligibility criteria, occupations in demand, and application procedures can change, choosing the appropriate stream is an important part of the process.
